Oceanside, CA, September 22, 2025 / Indie Books International, Inc. is pleased to announce management changes and new partners for its growing book ghostwriting company.

Lisa Apolinski, previously owner of 3 Dog Write, is joining Indie Books International full-time as Editor-in-Chief/Partner.

Devin DeVries is promoted to Associate Publisher/Partner. She oversees the publishing side of the business and has been with the company since its founding.

Publisher/Partner Henry DeVries will serve as a book architect, focusing on signing new clients who seek ghostwriting services.

Jazmin Barnes is promoted to Managing Editor and oversees the copy editing of all books being published. She previously served as Assistant Editor and joined the company two years ago.

Apolinski has previously served for two years as a deputy editor at Indie Books and has authored five books of her own. She will also serve as Acquisitions Editor and sign new clients who seek ghostwriting services. She will oversee the Indie Books editorial team of ghostwriters, who have experience in business journalism, having worked for Forbes Digital, California Business Journal, Yahoo Finance, Entrepreneur magazine, Fox Digital, and the Pulitzer Prize-winning San Diego Union-Tribune.

Devin DeVries oversees all art directors, copy editors, and production staff.  She is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Health Authority Books imprint. She is the co-author of the book Marketing With A Book For Health Authorities, along with Health Authority Books deputy editor Janan Sarwar, PharmD (doctor of pharmacy).

Henry DeVries will continue to be the host of Agency Rainmaker TV, editor of the Agency Rainmaker newsletter, editor of the news website AgencyOwnerNews.com, and serve as a senior staff writer and monthly columnist for the California Business Journal.
